We offfer seminars on different aspects on Lam Family Hung Kyun (Lam Ga Hung Kyun, LGHK 林家洪拳):

basic exercises (gei bun 基本)
drills (saan sik 散式)
sets (kyun tou 拳套)
sparring sets (deui chaak 對拆)
application drills (saan sau 散手)
combat sequences and sparring drills (wui hap 回合)
free fighting (saan da 散打)
weapons, weapons sparring sets, applications drills and sparring drills (bing hei 兵器)
strengthening and conditioning (gung fu 功夫)
principles and philosophy (kyun lei 拳裡)

Schedule of the intensive LGHK courses:

program of the seminar(s) - by appointment: standard seminar or thematic seminar
number of participants - by appointment
schedule - by appointment
training fees - by appointment and according to level of the course

All seminars are lead in English and personally conducted by sifu Pavel Macek

All participants will be certified by International Hung Kyun Association.
